Delivery estimates are calculated from the time of shipment, rather than from the time you place your order.

FREE UK DELIVERY on orders £30 or more.

£4.50 UK STANDARD DELIVERY under £30 orders.

• On orders placed before 10am, delivery will be 2 to 3 working days. • For larger orders over 2kg will be sent through UK MAIL. On orders placed before 10am, delivery will be 1 to 2 working days.
(Signature may be required - please bear this in mind when deciding your Delivery Address.)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
• We can ship to most countries but require signature.
• Please contact us by email ( info@malibusun.com ) and we will quote for carriage.
• Costs vary depending on country and both weight and size.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and methods.

Orders Outside Mainland UK. Organising own courier to collect:
You may wish to arrange collection, or pick the items up from our site, in which case we shall waive delivery charges. We will be happy to provide information regarding sizes and weights via e-mail.

RESTRICTIONS
• Due to geographical restrictions,
- we may not be able to fulfil part or all of an order due to the product restriction or location of the delivery address. • We will contact the customer directly to discuss either cancelling/amending the order or arranging alternative shipping methods. • We might not be able to send dry oil and aerosol products to certain countries due to delivery restriction. * These indicatives can vary, particularly during our busy times of the year.

We are closed during weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays & unable to dispatch items during these times.

Terms and Conditions:
• The Company will make every reasonable effort to pack the goods in secure packaging.
• If the Customer decides to organise own courier with pre-arranged dates and times,
• Malibu cannot accept any liability for loss, damage, delay or non-delivery.
• Ownership and liability will transfer to the Customer at the time of collection.
• Goods will not be transferred to the courier without a signature and collection documents or proof of I.D.
• Please do not book collection until confirmation is received and the order is available.
